Ho Tung applies a global latest technology from UOP U.S.A. , and use MEDIUM N-PARAFFINS FEEDSTOCK as raw material. The high purity normal paraffin is obtained from refining after adsorption 、 desorption and extracted segregation via the molecular screen. There is no chemical reaction during the manufacturing process. All the reactions are physical reaction and pollution free. The low temperature and low pressure made a safest clean plant. The gaseous and liquid wastes could be reduced to a minimum amount as request.
The gaseous acetylene product is petrochemical acetylene supplied from No.5 Naphtha Cracker of CPC (Chinese Petroleum Corporation), and transmitted via the underground pipe to the plant for cylinder filling. We not only confirm the quality, but also avoid the wastes and calcium hydroxide resulted from traditional synthesis method and the pollutions directed to soils and rivers.
